CAR LOAN AGREEMENT FORM
DETAILS OF THE CARS
TAXI
Three categories of cars with initial deposit of GHc 1500, GHc 2500 and GHc 3000,the comprehensive insurance fee of the car is not included in the initial deposit.
Taxi's are delivered in two (2) month and for different categories of cars when initial deposit and comprehensive insurance is fully paid.
MINI-BUS
The categories of MINI BUS with with initial deposit of GHc 4000, GHc 500, GHc 6000 and GHc 8000,the comprehensive insurance fee of the mini bus is not included in the initial deposit.
Minibuses are delivered in three (3) months when initial deposit and comprehensive insurance is fully paid.
POLICIES (PRINCIPLES) OF THE COMPANY
1.Sales must be made every week,failure to do weekly sales attract a 20% penalty from clients, and refusal to oblige by this arrangement for two weeks will terminate agreements and BRYAN VENTURES have the right to take the car from you, and you will pay for develop fault. (if any).
2.No excuse is taken when the car develop any fault, meaning daily sales must be made without any excuse.
3.You Stand the chance to choose any car of your choice, without anybodies proposal.
4.Any money paid as deposit is not refunded (not re-fundable)
5.NB: You must thoroughly check the car before taking it out, else the company will not bare the consequences.
6.Money paid at BRYAN VENTURES is NON-REFUNDABLE.
7.Payment is made weekly, once in every MONTH the car must be seen by the authorities till the last payment date.
8.Too much complains on the car will not be accepted.
9.There is no guarantee on the engine or the car.
10.Any car brought back in bad condition with complains will be repaired by CLIENTS, Failure to do that will lead to LEGAL PROSECUTION.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
1. The client shall be required to pay all cost herein at a schedule date agreed hereafter.
2. MISCELLANEOUS
The above program will be transmitted on the date and time specified in the agreement
If for any reason BRYAN VENTURES is unable to give you the car on the schedule date, the agreement shall be re-schedule to the next suitable date with no obligation to refund any money or any part to BRYAN VENTURES
3.DISPUTE
If any dispute arise between the parties connection with or arising out of this agreement, or in the carrying out of service including any dispute as to any decision, opinion, instruction or direction, it shall be subjected to the provision of this clause be referred to Arbitration Act 1960 (ACT 38) and decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties when contract is agreed upon, it is binding to both parties BRYAN VENTURES and CLIENT.....................it therefore becomes a legal document.
